Barbara CaseyBarbara Sayre Casey is chairman/CEO of Casey & Sayre. She’s the guiding spirit of the firm, recognized for strategic thinking, innovative branding concepts, crisis management and strong civic ties. She has longstanding relationships with top reporters and editors at the nation’s most influential publications and is herself a high influencer and opinion leader in a field that is constantly transforming.

Barbara started her career with Kaufman & Broad, Inc., now KB Home, and became a vice president of this NYSE-listed company responsible for all communications. Active in civic and philanthropic involvements, she sits on numerous boards and committees including the National Wildlife Art Museum in Jackson Hole, The Trusteeship and International Women’s Forum, Vital Voices Southern California, LA World Affairs Council and Pacific Council. She is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution descending from patriots on both sides of her family.

Barbara graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. degree in journalism. During school she was a reporter for the Parkersburg News and on the news desk for a local radio station. She resides in Malibu, California, from where she pens “View from the Bu.” While she loves her iPad and reads on it while traveling, she is seriously dedicated to keeping book stores afloat. Barbara considers music a best friend and loves everything from classical to country.
